Omni Alternative High School Enrollment Procedures

Omni Alternative High School is proud to accept students throughout the school year. Students do not need to be residents of Carrollton Township. The School of Choice Enrollment Process

The school of choice application window for the 2025-26 school year closed on August 1, 2025. (GSRP Preschool and Omni Alternative High School may be still be enrolling - please contact those buildings directly to get more information.)

Watch for information about the School of Choice application window for the 2026-27 school year starting Spring of 2026.

Carrollton Township Resident Enrollment Procedures

Residents of Carrollton Township may apply to register their students at any time during the school year.  A parent is required to be present when enrolling students. Please see below to print hard-copy forms, or click HERE for online electronic enrollment for Carrollton Township residents.

Carrollton Learning Centers (Childcare & Preschool) Enrollment Procedures

We accept applications for Infant & Toddler programming, Tuition Preschool & Childcare, and GSRP Preschool.

Submit an interest form HERE or call 989-754-0381 to see what program your child qualifies for!

When you return your forms, please also bring with you the following information:

1. Immunization records

2. Proof of residency–2 pieces (Driver's license, voter registration, consumers bill, water bill, lease agreement, purchase agreement, mortgage, property taxes)

3. Proof of income ( a month's worth for the entire family)

4. Copy of the Birth certificate
